Sustainable Packaging / Volume & Logistics

Plan the order. Define the delivery.

Packaging supply needs to work commercially as well as operationally. Green Nordic helps structure enquiries for trial quantities, repeat orders and larger shipments, with order size, packing configuration and delivery requirements defined in the quotation.

Separate trial volume from repeat demand

Include your first-order quantity and forecast demand. Minimum quantities may differ between standard and customised products. Sample availability, production capacity and delivery dates need supplier confirmation; they should not be assumed from a general catalogue listing.

Confirm the shipment configuration

Ask for units per pack and carton, carton dimensions and weights, and pallet configuration where applicable. Larger enquiries can include container-loading options. These details support freight planning, warehouse capacity and comparison of delivered costs.

Send a complete delivery brief

  • Product specifications and order quantity.
  • Expected monthly or annual demand.
  • Delivery address, destination country and receiving restrictions.
  • Preferred transport method and delivery terms.
  • Required arrival date and any phased-delivery needs.

The quotation should identify the delivery terms, included services, applicable freight costs and payment conditions. Production and transit times should be distinguished, and any remaining assumptions confirmed before placing the order.
