Fresh, frozen and live products require different receiving plans
State the required product temperature, receiving location, storage capacity and intended delivery window. A live-shellfish enquiry must identify the species and receiving conditions separately. Processing, transport and destination documents are determined for the selected product and route.
Origin and purchasing documents
Request the declared harvest/farming or catch origin, species identification, production/processing information, batch traceability and current shelf-life/storage instructions. Health, import and certification requirements must be verified for the exact destination and shipment. We do not present a certification as held unless the supplier provides evidence for the quoted product.
Send a comparable RFQ
- Species, cut or processing form, size/count and fresh/frozen/live preference.
- Pack and case weights, first order and realistic repeat-order forecast.
- Receiving city, facility, temperature capability and requested delivery window.
- Buyer-required origin, traceability, labeling and shipment documents.
