The enquiry can cover logo placement, printed colours, labels, sleeves, outer cartons and other available presentation options. Availability depends on the selected product and supplier; a standard item and a fully customised format may have different commercial requirements.
From artwork to approval
Provide your logo files, brand colours, intended text and preferred layout. Once a suitable product is identified, confirm the printable area, artwork specifications and proofing process. Where samples or production proofs are available, agree their scope and cost before proceeding.
What to include in your brief
- Packaging format, dimensions and intended application.
- Logo, artwork and colour references.
- Required languages and market-specific text.
- Initial order size and expected reorder frequency.
- Launch date, delivery location and sample requirements.
The quotation should distinguish unit prices from any applicable setup, tooling, artwork or sample charges. Final artwork, specifications and production terms must be agreed before the order is released.
