Your Dubai account plan

Hotel breakfast and banquet buyers: compare tea service, spice formats and frozen pastry portions by outlet, rather than sending one undifferentiated catalogue.

Kitchen trial

The chef evaluates species, portions and preparation performance separately from the tea, spice or pastry shortlist.

Receiving account

The importer or distributor states storage temperature, pack units and the receiving facility before freight is compared.

Complete the local brief: name the first buyer or venue in Dubai, the product it will evaluate, the person approving the sample, the delivery/receiving point and its reorder trigger. This turns a city enquiry into an actionable account proposal.

Dubai purchasing programmes

Separate banquet, breakfast and retail requirements

A banquet kitchen can begin with portioned seafood, sauce ingredients and frozen pastry. A breakfast team may need tea service, spice formats and products that fit its preparation schedule. Retail and distributor enquiries should specify consumer packs, case quantities and the intended sales channel. Use one brief per programme so sample decisions and quotations remain comparable.

Plan the Dubai kitchen trial

Select the first outlet and nominate the chef or purchasing lead who will evaluate the samples. For seafood, compare cut, portion size and preparation yield. For empanadas and dough discs, record preparation method, portion count and freezer space. Set the trial date before requesting a delivery proposal.

Turn outlet needs into an order forecast

List the portions or packs required for each service and the number of services covered by the trial. Keep the first order separate from the possible rollout across additional Dubai venues. Supplier MOQ, case configuration and repeat-order lead time are confirmed against the selected product.

Define the receiving handover

State whether the quotation should end at the agreed freight destination, a distribution facility or the final kitchen. Provide the Dubai receiving address, delivery window and named receiving contact. Compare fresh, frozen and ambient routes separately; confirm storage temperature and handling responsibilities before agreeing freight.

Send a complete Dubai RFQ

  • Buyer type: hotel, caterer, retailer or distributor.
  • Selected product, application, portion or pack size and case units.
  • Trial quantity, outlet count and an indicative reorder plan.
  • Receiving location, required timing and documentation or label-language needs.

Dubai buyer questions

Can this proposal focus on one Dubai outlet?

Yes. Name the trial outlet or account, its product need and expected quantity. Small trials remain subject to supplier MOQ and a workable freight basis.

Can breakfast and banquet purchasing use the same brief?

Prepare separate product lists and trial quantities, even when the same buyer coordinates both. Tea service, seafood portions and frozen pastry have different evaluation and storage needs. Green Nordic can then discuss a combined commercial proposal where the supplier and delivery arrangements support it.

Does Green Nordic hold stock in Dubai?

This page does not promise local stock or an office. Supply location, delivery responsibilities and availability are confirmed in the quotation.

Can I request private label or a distributor programme?

Yes, as a separately qualified project. Define the brand, product specification, territory, initial order and forecast. Producer capability, terms and any local requirements must be confirmed.
