Formulation decision
The brand owner approves source, EPA/DHA specification, capsule/liquid format and packaging before artwork is finalised.
For Dubai retail, fitness and wellness buyers, Green Nordic structures two separate purchasing routes: Omega-3 private label/OEM/ODM and GAMS functional snacks. Start with the exact format, formulation or SKU, brand owner and first buyer account. Source, packaging, documents and any intended market claims must be qualified for the specific product.

Use this selector to request comparable specifications. These are enquiry routes; listing a product does not confirm stock, a local distributor or a destination-market approval.
| Product programme | Define in your RFQ | Request before purchase |
|---|---|---|
| Omega-3 softgel capsules Private label or OEM against a producer-approved formulation. |
EPA/DHA specification per capsule and serving, capsule shell, count per bottle and source preference. | Approved formulation, ingredient/allergen data, current batch quality evidence and agreed artwork. |
| Liquid Omega-3 Bottle format and formulation developed as a separate project. |
Source, concentration, bottle capacity, closure, serving method and flavour brief where applicable. | Stability and shelf-life information, storage instructions, quality specification and label review. |
| Fish, krill or algae source routes Source selection is a project requirement, not a promise that every route is available. |
Specify the intended source, market, intended audience and producer-supported formulation route. | Source traceability and formulation confirmation; any proposed certification must be verified. |
| GAMS functional snacks A focused branded or producer-supported private-label sample range. |
Exact SKU, portion size, ingredient exclusions, pack format, display space and first account trial. | Current nutrition declaration, ingredient list, allergens and available shelf life. |
Specialist wellness retailers and gym groups: evaluate GAMS snacks and Omega-3 projects as separate retail propositions, with sample feedback before any volume forecast.
Complete the local brief: name the first buyer or venue in Dubai, the product it will evaluate, the person approving the sample, the delivery/receiving point and its reorder trigger. This turns a city enquiry into an actionable account proposal.
Tell us whether the initial order is for sale in Dubai, a wider UAE rollout or onward distribution to other markets. Keep each destination, buyer approval and label brief explicit so the quotation does not treat several markets as one launch.
For a wellness retail pilot, define shelf space, bottle count and the sample-review owner. For a gym snack trial, specify the named GAMS SKU, units per venue and expected weekly sell-through. These are separate sample and purchasing decisions.
State whether cartons will arrive at one distributor warehouse or be allocated across retail and fitness venues. Include case quantities, outlet count and who handles the final deliveries. Quote the initial allocation separately from an expected reorder.
Identify the brand owner, importer and person approving the finished label. Provide the requested languages, barcode and carton artwork. Ask the producer to confirm the formulation, source and ingredient data before making product claims or approving print files.
Share the warehouse and delivery conditions, including any expected exposure during transport. Request the product-specific storage instructions and remaining shelf life at dispatch. Check samples at the receiving point before setting a delivery or retail-launch date.
Yes. Name the trial outlet or account, its product need and expected quantity. Small trials remain subject to supplier MOQ and a workable freight basis.
Include each intended destination in the enquiry. Product documents, artwork, importer responsibilities and commercial terms need confirmation for the actual route; a Dubai receiving address alone does not define every resale market.
This page does not promise local stock or an office. Supply location, delivery responsibilities and availability are confirmed in the quotation.
Yes, as a separately qualified project. Define the brand, product specification, territory, initial order and forecast. Producer capability, terms and any local requirements must be confirmed.
Send your product brief, first-order quantity, receiving location and required timing. Green Nordic will assess the relevant producer and commercial route.
