Formulation decision
The brand owner approves source, EPA/DHA specification, capsule/liquid format and packaging before artwork is finalised.
For Singapore retail, fitness and wellness buyers, Green Nordic structures two separate purchasing routes: Omega-3 private label/OEM/ODM and GAMS functional snacks. Start with the exact format, formulation or SKU, brand owner and first buyer account. Source, packaging, documents and any intended market claims must be qualified for the specific product.

Use this selector to request comparable specifications. These are enquiry routes; listing a product does not confirm stock, a local distributor or a destination-market approval.
| Product programme | Define in your RFQ | Request before purchase |
|---|---|---|
| Omega-3 softgel capsules Private label or OEM against a producer-approved formulation. |
EPA/DHA specification per capsule and serving, capsule shell, count per bottle and source preference. | Approved formulation, ingredient/allergen data, current batch quality evidence and agreed artwork. |
| Liquid Omega-3 Bottle format and formulation developed as a separate project. |
Source, concentration, bottle capacity, closure, serving method and flavour brief where applicable. | Stability and shelf-life information, storage instructions, quality specification and label review. |
| Fish, krill or algae source routes Source selection is a project requirement, not a promise that every route is available. |
Specify the intended source, market, intended audience and producer-supported formulation route. | Source traceability and formulation confirmation; any proposed certification must be verified. |
| GAMS functional snacks A focused branded or producer-supported private-label sample range. |
Exact SKU, portion size, ingredient exclusions, pack format, display space and first account trial. | Current nutrition declaration, ingredient list, allergens and available shelf life. |
Specialty retailers and fitness operators: assess functional snacks by target shelf and ingredient expectations; keep Omega-3 OEM/ODM development under a separate brief and evidence review.
Complete the local brief: name the first buyer or venue in Singapore, the product it will evaluate, the person approving the sample, the delivery/receiving point and its reorder trigger. This turns a city enquiry into an actionable account proposal.
Describe whether the first assortment is for specialty retail, a fitness operator or an online store. The same product may need a different case split, pack presentation and replenishment plan for each channel. Name the first account and its sample-review owner before forecasting a wider rollout.
Keep Omega-3 development and GAMS snack selection in separate briefs. A supplement project starts with source, formulation and artwork; a snack trial starts with the exact SKU, portion size and buyer feedback.
Provide the intended channel, bottle or portion size, barcode needs and required product information. Request current ingredient, allergen and nutrition data for the selected item. Agree the pack imagery and approved wording before setting up a listing or printing artwork.
For a store or fitness venue, estimate units per location and the review period. For an online launch, specify the opening stock allocation and order-fulfilment point. Compare expected sell-through with case size and supplier MOQ so the first order supports a measurable trial.
Name the Singapore warehouse or fulfilment facility and who checks incoming goods. Ask for storage instructions, carton dimensions and remaining shelf life at dispatch. Include any onward destinations separately; receiving an order in Singapore does not establish approval for another market.
Yes. Name the trial outlet or account, its product need and expected quantity. Small trials remain subject to supplier MOQ and a workable freight basis.
Yes. State the fulfilment location, opening stock allocation, bottle or portion size and product-information requirements. Confirm the selected product, artwork and supplier terms before publishing a listing or committing to a launch date.
This page does not promise local stock or an office. Supply location, delivery responsibilities and availability are confirmed in the quotation.
Yes, as a separately qualified project. Define the brand, product specification, territory, initial order and forecast. Producer capability, terms and any local requirements must be confirmed.
Send your product brief, first-order quantity, receiving location and required timing. Green Nordic will assess the relevant producer and commercial route.
