Kitchen trial
The chef evaluates species, portions and preparation performance separately from the tea, spice or pastry shortlist.
A Riyadh foodservice programme should connect the import shipment to the kitchens that will use it. Define a pilot site, an approved recipe or seafood specification, and a forecast for each outlet before requesting wider supply. Nordic fish and shellfish, tea, spices, cocoa and pastry are qualified separately. Green Nordic can coordinate producer enquiries and commercial proposals; the Saudi importer should confirm the applicable product and clearance requirements for the selected order.

Use this selector to request comparable specifications. These are enquiry routes; listing a product does not confirm stock, a local distributor or a destination-market approval.

Build the Riyadh account plan from the pilot kitchen upward. Record an approved specification, usage per outlet, the importer’s document checklist and the receiving route. Confirm producer capability and commercial terms before committing to a rollout.
Complete the local brief: name the first buyer or venue in Riyadh, the product it will evaluate, the person approving the sample, the delivery/receiving point and its reorder trigger. This turns a city enquiry into an actionable account proposal.
Plan the Riyadh receiving leg as part of the purchase brief. Name the Saudi importer, the proposed entry route and the distribution facility or kitchen receiving the goods. Ask the importer to review the current SFDA food-clearance guidance and provide its product-specific document checklist. Confirm the evidence needed for ingredients, labels and any requested certification before artwork or dispatch is approved.
Choose one kitchen and a responsible evaluator. For spices, record recipe dosage and consistency; for pastry, record storage, preparation method and portions per case. Seafood trials should specify species, cut and expected yield. Approve the product specification before using the pilot result to forecast a multi-site rollout.
List the expected weekly usage at each Riyadh outlet, available frozen or ambient storage and preferred replenishment interval. Separate first-order stock from recurring demand. This gives the producer a quantity brief and helps the buyer compare case configuration, minimum order and lead time without assuming immediate local availability.
If your purchasing specification calls for Halal evidence or another certification, name the product and the evidence your importer will accept. Request the current supplier documents for review. Agree ingredient, allergen and label information with the buyer before printing. Product listing on this page is an enquiry route; destination eligibility is checked for the actual order.
Yes. Name the trial outlet or account, its product need and expected quantity. Small trials remain subject to supplier MOQ and a workable freight basis.
Start with a pilot kitchen and its product acceptance criteria. Add an outlet-level forecast, name the Saudi importer and obtain its product-specific document checklist. Then compare producer offers on the agreed specification and delivery basis.
This page does not promise local stock or an office. Supply location, delivery responsibilities and availability are confirmed in the quotation.
Yes, as a separately qualified project. Define the brand, product specification, territory, initial order and forecast. Producer capability, terms and any local requirements must be confirmed.
Send your product brief, first-order quantity, receiving location and required timing. Green Nordic will assess the relevant producer and commercial route.
