- Product specification, production location, readiness date and order reference.
- Units per case, cases per pallet, gross weight and packed dimensions when available.
- Receiving country, named port or final address, requested delivery basis and receiving contact.
- Any temperature, storage or handling requirements, plus the documents requested by the receiving parties.
