Plan your Japan launch

Develop a clearly specified first SKU. Include the Japanese-language artwork handover, the proposed pack presentation and the sample acceptance criteria before adding another format.

For a comparable quotation, specify tea type, flavour preferences, bag count or loose-leaf weight, individual-wrap requirements and outer carton. Add trial quantity, annual forecast and required artwork languages. Treat the tea, bag, wrapper and carton as one complete pack specification.

Compare aroma, brewed flavour and infusion consistency using the same brewing method. Assess the packaging alongside the tea and retain the accepted sample reference for repeat production.
